MARTINEAU AVOCATS charges an hourly rate of €200 - €350 (exclusive of value added tax i.e. VAT) depending on the parties involved, the complexity and the urgency of the case.

 

In some cases, the firm also offers flat rates and subscriptions which are discussed with our clients.

 

In compliance with our ethical rules and for the purpose of transparency a fee agreement is always signed beforehand.
