In late 2007, she seized the opportunity to accompany two of her clients to the United States of America and worked in New York City as a freelance lawyer alongside American lawyers, she then continued collaborating on IT and audiovisual law cases. Her experience in the United States of America led her to negotiate complex contracts in English for photography agencies, artists, publishers, producers, and with American and French TV channels.

 

She has helped numerous entrepreneurs, in France, in New York and California, to create digital content platforms on the web notably including projects financed by crowdfunding. Anne-Katel was distinguished several times for her legal practice and in particular by the guide FIVE STAR LAW 2015 for her legal practice in Internet and E-commerce Law.

She launched in January 2015, the "Cercle Patrimonial Culturel" (the CPC) to facilitate encounters between stakeholders of the art market.
